What Causes Prolonged Menstruation With Severe Lower Back Pain?

Hi. So a few things, I ve had my menstrual cycle for over a week which is not normal for me, severe back pain that I ve had to take pain pills for and have my back adjusted. That only lasts a few days before the pain is back. My urine is very dark and has a red hue, maybe from the menstrual cycle. Now today my hands and feet are itching uncontrollably. No rash just a deep down itch. I took benadryl and all that helped with is to knock me our for two hours.
