What Causes Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding?
Heavy Menstrual bleeding constantly for the past 3 days. Prior to this I had my period for 10 days then it came back after 10 days, a few spotting here and there. Don’t know what is the cause or what it could be since I have not done anything out of the ordinary.

It is almost clear from your symptoms that you have irregular menses.
Heavy bleeding (Menorrhagia) should be investigated properly.
So I'd suggest see a gynaecologist at the earliest for further management.
