Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to tell you start with another strip from today only and complete your 21 days. After 21 days when menses will start then on 5th day of your menses you have to restart using Minigynon.

If you still experience over bleeding then stop taking it and personally consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Navneet Mahajn
