When I exert myself, very little, I start feeling nauseated, sweating profusely, and then feel like I am going to vomit. Most of the time I am dry heaving and continue to do so until I get cooled off. Even walking in the grocery store or from my car to the store will cause me to sweat profusely and get got which sets off the dry heaving. Any suggestions to why this is happening to me?
