I am experiencing several symptoms 1. Under right eye pressure/pain/tingling 2. When closing the eye I feel that the muscle that closes the eye is being pulled. You can not see any muscle being stretched. I had a mole removed thinking these symptoms were caused by it. The doctor said it wasn t and I needed to go to my family doctor. I asked him and he gave me clonazepam wafer to relax the muscles. This did not help at all. It feels like the sinus cavity under my cheek bone is being affected. I have no sinus drainage or congestion. 3. I am also have strange vibrations starting at the very beginning of my spine C1, the vibrations can be felt traveling down my spine. This is becoming more and more irritating. When going to bed at night I have to sleep with my chin almost touching my chest. The stretching of my neck helps in a small way. I don t notice these vibrations as much when I am standing or moving around.
