What Causes Pressure In The Neck And Chest Region?

I was admitted to hospital with dizziness and pressure in chest and neck. Mainly through shoulder. I did not pass stress test but EKG and echo were good. Could there be a possibility of blockages even though all blood work and test were good? Dr. Said next step would be to have heart cath. I was released from hospital to follow up with cardiologist. I also have lupus and was told that inflammation may be cause of problem. I am at a loss and terrified to have heart cath. Thank you for any advice.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Age and other co morbids history would help me better solve you issue. Anyways yes there could be a possibility of having a block even when EKG / Echo are normal. Or it could be just a GERD which cannot be differentiated. You will antacids for the same. But it would be advisable to follow up with your cardiologist as well.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
