General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Please get a brain scan done and visit a neurologist. If it is BPPV, it is quite treatable. Other brain tissue pathologies can be identified.
Don't overthink and just de-stress so that you can focus on your studies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
