What Causes Pressure In Head, Dizziness, Fatigue, Indigestion And Blurry Vision?

hi I ve been having a pressure in my head, lightheadedness, dizziness, there s pressure around my nose and my forehead and around my ears as well and I feel faint weak and tired out of nowhere some times. I have a lot of indigestion as well I can t eat 3 meals a day without having indigestion my vision can sometimes go blurry and I feel like I m unbalanced. I also feel tingling sensations around my body especially my arms and the weirdest symptom I have had is the little pimple blister looking things on my skin that itch and they re really small and they re almost all over my body not a lot but mostly on my hands, thighs, and legs.

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned your age and gender here, with the such multiple complain it was very necessary to provide this information because most of the time such symptoms are age and gender related, some how I could only say that such symptoms are functional in origin try to come out of stress, hope this information helps, take care.
