About 30 min - 1 hour after meal I feel pressure sensational in my head. When I snack, this pressure feeling goes down. I also get this same sensation when I am sexual arroused. I am 62 year old male. Is this normal? It only started about 4 months ago. I exercise daily, not over weight, no smoking or drinking.

Thanks you for asking this question. I have undergone through your question. I understand your concern. Experiencing a pressure in head after eating is one of the symptoms that may occur in some medical conditions. Pressure in head can occur in people of different ages and may be related to a various disorders. It may also be related to poor lifestyle, which leads to sleep deprivation, stress, and use of chemical substances. Medical causes can be hypertension (increased blood pressure), diabetes, migraine, gastric reflux disease, food allergy or food intolerance. Certain foods can trigger a dull pain or throbbing sensation in the head, such as salty or sweet foods, but sometimes it is not the food itself which is the cause of the headache, but rather, an underlying medical condition. It is advisable to obtain proper diagnosis and treatment of your condition by consulting your doctor. You can also try by taking smaller meal every 5 hourly rather than heavy meal at a time. Also do not lie down immediately after meal. Take a small walk after taking food. Get your blood pressure measurement and blood sugar checked.
