I have been taking adderall for 8 years but don t take it as prescribed, I take it as as needed for work and often a lot less. I m perscribed 35mgs of Instant release daily and take closer to 20 every day. Lately I ve developed pressure in my chest and find it hard to breath and am dizzy LATE when the adderall wears off. I also drink quite a bit (not every day but binge drink every weekend with my friends). I also smoke marijuana. I am self aware enough to know that it could be a panic attack- but I m not afraid of anything other than having a heart attack or that I m sick or something. 25 year old female- 5 10 145 lbs.
