Hi I'm 23years old I'm 13weeks pregnant I had preclamsia with my first pregnancy but not with my second my blood pressure has been ok so far but today when I stand up I feel like I have a headache but its more like pressure on my head what can be the cause

It is due to variations in blood pressure on changing posture
Yu ll feel light headed, dizzy or an ache on standing
It is common n normal in early pregnancy
When you are getting up from bed, sit for a minute, then stand up
Plenty of warm drinks
If persistent, meet consultant
