Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
When I exhale, I feel a little pressure in my chest like a heartbeat but it s not my heart. I have held my hand to a pulse point and felt the two things happening at different times, not the same. It doesn t always happen. It does it and then goes away. Just Wondering if you could help. Thanks
As per my clinical experience, possible palpitation episode most likely experience by feeling pressure over chest. Though it can be transient and non specific, one has to be evaluated with an expert by Electrocardiogram reporting to rule out any inadvertent cardiac or conduction pathway defect anymore.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
