What Causes Premature Lose Of Erection?

I am 57 and I do get normal erection. But when I go to near my wife for penetrative sex, I loose my erection. Also, the lubricating liquid sometimes flows off before penetration. Please advice if I require any medication to keep up my rigidity of my penis and hold for longer time before ejaculation.

My wife also recently underwent knee replacement surgery. Do you think any of her pleasure nerves could have got damaged as she complaints of no desire for sex which was existent before surgery. She had her surgery four months ago.

The lubricating liquid is precum. Even after the release of precum, you can have sexual activity as semen is different from precum.

There are good medications available which when taken before performing sexual activity can boost your performance. They need to be taken after certain illness are ruled out.

Your wife needs a detailed assessment before concluding anything. You can consult for any help required.
