What Causes Pregnancy Like Symptoms?

I have not had a period in three months my doctors have done test and they all say I'm not pregnant but I have all the symbtoms and I feel something moving in my stomach like a baby moving I have two kids so I know what it feels like could I be pregnant

u have 3 month amenorrhea and u have already 2 kids.so in my opinion if doctor has done the test and that is negative then u might not pregnant.in other medical problems these all symptoms may occur.ist is definitely possible that u may have any medical or surgical problem. now u should consult to physcian first or at least a whole abdomen ultrasound.ur doubt will be cleared.it may be phsycological sometimes.
