Hi I m 27 years old Jan 21 I had a medical abortion I went back two weeks later and they cleared me and said that I would have a little more bleeding. Yesterday I went to my doctor and had a positive pregnancy test she sent me to get a complete pelvic ultrasound vaginally. They said there was a shadow in uterus and a shadow on ovary I m really confused they have me thinking ectopic pregnancy or cyst or new pregnancy .they tested my levels yesterday it was at 255 during the day went to hospital checked again and went down to 215 what can this be I am pannicking !
