What Causes Post Void Dribbling, Hematuria With Odor?

my 4 year old daughter has been having dribbles of urine on her underwear for the last 2 days. Tonight I noticed that the dribble inside is blood tinged. I am noticing that her urine does have a slight fishy odor. She is not complaining of pain or burning..but desribes it as "ticklish". Should I take her to see the pediatrician tomorrow? Does it sound like a UTI?

it sounds like UTI , go for urine test,give her plenty of fluids and start tab amoxy- clav 457 mg two times a day, for 1 week
