What Causes Positive ANA Test And Abnormal Systemic Lupus Erythematosus?

my 1st visit to rheumatologist and he says not lupus but looking into Sjogrens. Positive ANA test and abnormal sla? don t remember exactly. I m complaining about my insides hurting and swelling though. He instead refers me to dermatologist for a rash/acne on my jaw line. What doctor can I refer myself to for the swelling?? Still in pain days later. Upper chest and abdomen. :(
