What Causes Pore Which Oozes Puss Along With Black Pigmentation?
Hi , I have a deep pore in my underarm in which puss comes out when I try to squeeze the pore. I think this happened while shaving and one of the pores got cut or something happened and since then it s like I have a very deep pore with puss and sometimes a small strand of hair coming out ( strand is very small and extremely thin). Also the pore or the small area is dark and looks black in colour. I would like to know what this is called and if it s dangerous or if there s any cure?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pore which oozes pus along with black pigmentation which is because of increased sensitivity of getting pigmented, clogged pores of salivary glands, hormonal changes and due to stress. It could be due to improper hygiene of area. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cream rich in Azelaic acid or Kojic acid. Use clindamycin gel as well. Apply on face twice daily. It will lighten skin. You can go for home remedy as well. You should apply topical antibacterial cream on underarms. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments. You can visit dermatologist once and can start proper antibiotic course. Take supplements rich in vitamin C.
