I have high blood pressure. I have a loud popping in my head that even my wife is able to hear. I have a leaking sensation in my head that feels like it is leaking to the back of my nose and throat. I have numbness off and on in different parts of my body and i am having trouble seeing out of one eye. The eye i am experiencing trouble with also reacts slow at times. My coordination is thrown off a little and i am having trouble concentrating. I am also forgetting things i wouldn t normally forget and i am having trouble pronouncing words when i speak. I have been doing reasearch and according to some of my symptoms, i feel as if i might be experiencing an aneurysm or stroke. Can you please give me some advice on what i may be experiencing and what i should do?
