General & Family Physician 's  Response
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Short answer: Nothing to worry.

Detalied answer:
Thank you for asking.

If he has no other symptoms like pain, any kind of disability then there is nothing to worry. At his age body will be flexible and what you have observed may disappear after few years. It is also possible that your anxious mind is making you think it as an abnormal shoulder. My suggestion is to wait and watch. Also cross check a the same with any other adult member in your family. If needed it is better to consult a orthopaedic doctor to get your doubts clarified.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other queries I'll be happy to help.

Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
