What Causes Popping Of Ears, Lightheadedness And Fast Heartbeat?

Hi, I am a 25 year old female. No health problems, not overweight, not taking any medications. this morning I noticed that my ears felt as if they had popped and almost like they were about to start ringing. This has lasted throughout the day. For a few hours I was also experiencing a very fast strong heartbeat, around 105 beats per minute, lightheadedness and unable to concentrate. My heartbeat now seems normal but I am still lightheaded and my ears feel as if there is pressure affecting them ( not painful, just annoying). Does this sound dangerous? Should I try and sleep it off or go and see a doctor? Thankyou

Hi
the popping sensation along with the ringing sound indicates eustachian tube dysfunction , which could be because of various reasons . SSimplest one being a cold. You could do some steam inhalation 1.1.1 , take some decongestants which would help if no improvement then consult your ent doctor .
