What Causes Popping Headache?
Last night I went to bed with a minor headache. In the middle of the night I awoke from my sleep from a pop or sensation that hit my head and sent a wiggly/dizzy feeling down my face and to my chest. All day today I ve had a minor headache on top of my head more so on the right side and right eye and some dizzy feeling. Do you have any thoughts on what this could be? Thank you.

this headache may be migraine or tension headache also you may get these symptoms. it is minor means just do lifestyle modifications enough and if it intensity increase then use some analgesic.
