What Causes Poor Sight And Hearing Due To Fluid Between Scalp And Skull?

My 44year old sons has what appears to be fluid between his scalp and skull. He has a rare scalp disease and has in the past suffered seizures, he is hard of hearing, has poor sight and is mentally challenged. he is under the care of skin specialist who just noticed but said nothing.

in my opinion, you are saying about hydrocephalus. if that's the diagnosis or some thing else, go to ER and evaluate with ct brain.
