Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband has been complaining of memory issues for about 18 mo. Have been to our physician and he does not see Alzheimer s or dementia. My husband is convinced he has one of these. Friends and our children say things like he seems lost, he is in his own world, he is checked out . He had open heart surgery three years ago and is 57 yrs old. I think it is depression, but my husband thinks it is something more serious. (I know depression is serious) I am frustrated and irritated by him and I feel badly about that. I do not feel like he is proactive about this situation.
