What Causes Poor Growth In The Finger Nails?

Yes, I recently notice that my fingernails have stopped growing? Is there something wrong with me? How can I get my nails to grow back? I keep cutting them (chronic) because I have such bad habit and I can t seem to stop it. Is there anything I can do to get my fingernails to grow back? Lacking in nutrients/vitamins? Please help!

Maybe you should take some Vital-D and calcium and also folic acid to help cell regeneration.
