Cat scratched my arm deeply several weeks ago and it appeared to result in something like poison oak. has spread to my breast, but only where this part of my arm touches that area. the itching continues in a very small area, now, on the arm, where the cat scratch was the deepest. it all appears healed now except for the poison oak like itching. any idea what might be going on?
