What Causes Pityriasis Rosea Leading To Redness On Eyelids?

I have pittaraisis roseah. Its been about 3 weeks now since the lesions showed up. I seem to have a few red spots have formed on my upper eye lids. Its making my eyelids dry and cracking and is quite uncomfortable. Is it better to leave it be or should I be applying something like vasaleen to my eyelids.

Yes you can apply vasaline if there is itching on lesions and you are not taking any skin ointments.
