What Causes Pins And Needles In Hands And Arms Along With Elevated BP?

hi, I've been experiencing pins and needles in my hands and arms for a few weeks now, mainly my left arm. Also indigestion. I took my blood pressure today and usually my blood pressure is 110/50 but today its 137/64 pulse 89. Is there anything I should be concerned about?

Also look for Thyroid function test.
habit of tobacco in any form can represent with this type of symptoms.
