What Causes Pink Vaginal Spotting And Lower Back Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi I m 36 weeks and 3 days the last two days I been spotting very light pink . Last night I started experiencing lower back pain and pains in my side from it was like if someone was stabbing me with needles it has stop and now it seems to be starting again lil bit , I haven t had spotting this is my 3rd pregnancy and I m also having stinging pains in my girly area can I be in labor and not know it ?!

I really appreciate your concern, no this may not be labor but this could be due some nonspecific bleeding and this is nothing to worry but for safety better to visit the gynecologist no need to take any risk, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
