What Causes Pink Vaginal Spotting After Stopping Birth Control Pills?

i am on birth control and ave been for about 3 years now. i have never spotted or had any discharge before my period but my boyfriend and i have been sexually active for some time now and i accidentally missed a pill a few days ago and now i started to have pink spotting and it turned into a brown discharge. I have two weeks before my period. could I be pregnant?

Hi I think you should wait for the periods. Brown discharge can be due to breakthrough bleeding as it is a side effect of pill. If your periods are delayed, do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, wait for the periods. Hope it helps
