What Causes Pink Patch On Inner Part Of Lower Lip?
hi My dad has a pink patch on the inner part of his lower lip. He has had this for almost 3 years now and we have tried ointments to make it go away but it wont. He does not smoke or take alcohol. Can this be a sign of a problem in his tummy/ internally in his body?

A permanent change of the texture of the inside of the mouth, patch-like, is a reason to see a dentist or dermatologist. Most likely it’s just a benign something, but a slow growing squamous cell carcinoma cannot be ruled out.
