What Causes Pink Clots Vaginal Discharge Along With Abdominal Cramps?

So the last period i had was around November 9th roughly, it is now December 29 and i am having clumps of darkish sometimes pinkish clots coming out but after i pass one i do not bleed anymore and i am having slight pains similar to a cramp or a pressure, what does any of this mean? I am sexually active and rarely use condoms. I have had 2 at home tests come back negative and one in the doctors office. Did i just not ovulate or was i pregnant and now miscarried?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
There is possibility of miscarriage since your last periods were on Nov 9 and the passage of blood clots is on Dec 29.
The cramping pain or pressure could be due to contrations of uterus.
If the miscarriage has taken place then the urine pregnancy test will not be positive now.
However, you can get the blood clots examined for any evidence of products of conception.
Your periods should resume after this episode.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist and submit the blood clots for examination.
