Understanding your concern. As per your query pinheads spots inside the mouth under palatal surface is due to surface ulceration by eating something hot which is leading to Apthous stomatitis. It could be due to nutritional deficiencies, stress, immune dysfunction or due to hormonal imbalances. I would suggest you to avoid hot, sharp and spicy foods. Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and flossing twice daily. Do Listerine mouthwash rinses once a day. Apply dologel and mucopian on these spots. Drink warm water sip by sip to have better relief. If condition still persists then consult oral pathologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory medications for 10-15 days and your symptoms will resolve. Take probiotic food/drink like yogurt in your diet.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
