What Causes Pinching Sensation From Chest To Left Arm?

I have been having a pinching in my chest that runs down my left arm for several months. My GP had me see a Cardiologists. He thought my symptoms warranted me having further tests. I had a stress test, EKG and echocardiogram at which time the actual Cardiologists entered them room and went over my results with the technicians. He then told me that all three of my test were abnormal and I was thought to have a blockage or a defect that could have been there for years. My next step was to have a heart cath which I had 2 days ago. My heart cath was great and showed no blockage. Should I be worried that they have missed something?
