What Causes Pin Prick Sensation In The Right Breast?

I have a pin prickling feeling in my right breast. Sometimes it feels like a burning sensation. I have had 2 mammograms this year. The first was for yearly checkup. Some sort f abnormality was detected. I had a second mammogram and nothing was detected. Now I will either have a sonogram or Another mammogram. Can you he be something simple.?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Pin prick sensation in the right breast can not be due to cancer or any such problems and the cause most probably can be traced to the following reasons:
Costochondritis of the ribs behind the breast.
Neurological cause due to radiculopathy in the thoracic spine.
Old case of Shingles.
Hence mammography and ultrasonograpy may not sow anything positive.
Many a times stress and anxiety can show such symptoms in which case there may not be any positive findings hence needs a review by a Psychiatrists if all the tests including MRI of the thoracic spine and other tests are normal.
Amitriptyline can help with such symptoms.
Also go for evaluation by a Gynecologist for hormonal problems.
