What Causes Pimples On Cheeks Along With Black Heads On The Nose?

Its been quite a time that i am having pimples
Especiaaly below eyes and near nose area followed by a lot of blacheads in nose area. I am 19, M. If at sometimes pimple stops but then also there is a permanent redness in that area and my pimples are localised in that area. Also eating excessive chips, patties and such fast food worsens it.
It would really help if someone looks into it.
Thanks

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pimples can occur due to a number of causes like oily skin, clogged pores, hormonal imbalances, bacterial infection, inflammation etc..
As you also have black heads that occur commonly due to clogging of pores with dirt and when there is infection due to accumulation of bacterial it leads to pimple formation..
Taking oily food also leads to increase in incidence of pimples and it is occurring to you when you take fast foods etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis..
He can advise you to wash your face with Salicylic acid and Glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply ointments containing Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin over the pimples..
You can apply Adapelene gel at night..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week to unclog the pores..
Do cool compresses over the pimples..
You can also be advised oral intake of antibiotics like Minocycline and Clindamycin and retinoids like Isotretinoin...
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and Chemical peeling..
Avoid oily food and excess sun exposure..
Take plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits in diet..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
