She is currently turning 5 and is only on diaper at night. there seems to be getting more.. there are 2 big pops 1 on the left and 1 on the right near the butt bone area) with yellow looking tip on it and many small ones around the groin area. i have been applying aloe vera for the past 1 week but it does not seems to be helping. Is there any creams that will help?
As per your query you have symptoms of pimples in the groin area which occurs due to clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum, dead skin and bacteria get infected. It could be due to frictional heat generation.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you wash the area with mild soap and cold water twice a day. You should apply clindamycin gel along with aloe vera gel. wear loose clothes and apply calamine lotion to prevent itching. Also, drink 5-8 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If the condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult a dermatologist. The doctor may prescribe antibiotics course.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
