There is a pimple on the back of my thigh. I squeezed the pimple (very hard) two times last week. and no pus come out. Now the area (1" diameter) is swollen and hard. It got a white center..... with little fluid coming out. I have trouble sitting down on the chair.

Someone told me to put a cold ice pack on the area to help with the swollen area and cover it with a piece of guaze. The doctor is booked up until Aug 30.

What can I do now? Please advise?
