Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Are you still febrile? Any associated headache or vomiting? Photophobia is not a usual feature of mononucleosis. This can happen in conditions like migraine, or when there is meningeal inflammation. If you are still febrile or there is associated headache / vomiting, it’s better to get back to your doctor for evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
