I was looking for PI 35. Not sure what it is. My son is in prison for GSI and he was asking me to get a PI 35 report for him. He did get a psychological assessment that said he was -0 but another section rated him as moderate. If you know what I am looking for I would appreciate any help I can find. He was on anxiety meds when he committed the crime. His wife and kids and I feel it was the medication. His personality changed very drastically. He was a great dad and did everything with his kids. Then they thought he was having a heart attack so the emergency doctor prescribed an anxiety med for him. He took it and then his family and I noticed he was just there. I questioned him and he told me he felt dead inside. I called his wife and told her to get his meds checked...he isn t himself. Oh I live in another town than they do. His wife agreed he wasn t himself. He was using foul language and paid NO attention to kids or wife. They got the meds changed, and as time went by he started to feel what he was doing with his step daughter (14) was very wrong! The day after he was arrested....he got a letter from his general practitioner requesting he come in to do a recheck on his medications. He also has a short term memory problem, but NOT ADHD like they think. He had to have his lessons modified in school and he had to go to special classes and was called a retard. He can t remember any more than 3 items and needs to write everything down. I have been the same way and I am 63 years old. My son is 37 years old. He does best with visual learning.
