Hi. I m a 31 yr. old female that has been going through some vaginal bleeding clots. I have had this two other times before and they tell me it just happens and its normal. I dont have any pain, im not anemic, but it s really uncomfortable it s like I opened a faucet. In august of last year I went to the ER because I couldn t take it anymore. Funny thing, that day after they did the pap the bleeding stopped for about a month then it started again. It has been on and off since. The bleeding can go on for months. Somedays I only get blood when I wipe or in the morning i ll have some bleeding and by the evening I wont have anything and it s a cycle. I had a miscarriage in 2009 and ever since I had that my periods are irregular. They did a pap exam and everything looked normal, no infections, no pain, just bright red bleeding with clots. I am going to make an appointment to see my doctor, but I would like other opinions on what to ask or what tests to do. I did recently have a kidney infection in december 14. They gave me meds. My thyroid was checked and its normal, im not diabetic (runs in the family). Cancer does run in the family so im concerned and want to be prepared as it could be different things causing this. I would greatly appreciate your input and suggestions. Thank you.
