What Causes Persistent Tremors In The Body Despite Taking Medication?

Hello, Am currently taking Mysoline 250 mg tabs twice a day for tremors & is beginning to lose the effects that it previously had. What does this mean? . . . .I do have a scheduled appointment with my doctor regarding this. I would like to know your thoughts. Thank you.

Mysoline is barbiturate drug used for essential tremor , as with time tolerance develops , so you need larger dose to get the same desired effects you previously had.
