What Causes Persistent Swelling In Eyes Despite Taking Medications?

I woke up this morning and my right eye was swollen and I went to the emergency room and the doctor told me it could be a spider bite or a bug bite he gave me three types of medicine and it still is swollen ive been putting an ice pack on it don t know what to do

It may take 36-48 hours for the drugs to act. If there is no progression or severe pain, you can wait till for the same duration before reviewing with an ophthalmologist.
