What Causes Persistent Stomach Pain?

I am 17 and have had stomach ache for 2 years now and I have had numerous test and show up clear. But I had eaten a mc doands burger 4 weeks ago now and a good clear out but has left me sharp pains underneath my lower ribs fromleft to right and pains an inch away from my belly buton. I just dont have the energy for work and do not socialisewith family and freinds because of it. My doctor dose not think its nesercery to give me the camera down my throat. I Just want anwsers

Probably you are have peptic ulcer disease or reflux gastritis .. Getting a UGI endoscopy would be a better option .. Before endoscopy ask ur doctor for urea breath test to rule out h pylori infection..
At present it would be better if you take proton pump inhibitors like. Pantoprazole to release ur symptoms
