What Causes Persistent Stomach Cramps?

I have a constant sharp cramp in my stomach, I break out into a cold sweat then vomit. This has been going on for 24 hours. The vomiting has slowed down and cramp eased off some but still here. When I use the bathroom blood comes out from my bottom hole

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such abdominal pain could be due to colitis, if this is the bleeding per anal then it could be due to fissure or hemorrhoid, and this need to be ruled out mean while you can have "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day for five days, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
