What Causes Persistent Right Sided Chest Pain?

hello I am having persisting pain in my chest for the last for days.I hurts to take a deep breath. It started on the lower side of my right rib cage, but now it hurts all along my right side all the way up to my neck. sometimes it is better and the pain goes away, but then it comes back a few hours later

thanks for posting your query to hcm .
as I understand it could be because of trauma to ribs, any pathology in ribs , due to pleural pathology,infection etc. we require a radiological examination CT scan of chest to find out the cause of it . then only we will be able to treat it correctly. Presently you can take pain relieving medication like aceclophenac or diclophenac.
review me with ct scan report so that I can suggest you further managment.
