What Causes Persistent Pulsating Headache?

I smoked meth 2days ago after my head was hurting day later my left side temple seems to be pulsating head feels groogy ear clogged..hed feels clogged....my eyes was hurting a little but stopped its like my brain hurts its been now almost 72 hrs.its not a migrains its just a weird pulsating feeling...

Your symptoms may be related to different disorders:
1. migraine
2.temporal arteritis
3.sinus infection.

I would recommend you to consult with your GP, have routine blood test for inflammation or infection and a sinus x-ray.
If everything results normal the most probable diagnosis would be a prolonged migraine attack.
