General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of goose bumps in the distribution of sciatica nerve for 3 years, tolerable pain, no weakness, no urinary or bowel symptoms, normal EMG, X-ray indicative of stenosis and so on and MRI brain is normal.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
MRI of the whole spine to know the exact problems.
Consult a Neurosurgeon for clinical evaluation, further investigations and proper medical or surgical management as would be advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
