What Causes Persistent Pain In The Right Foot?
hi, i have a continuous pain in my right foot,on the left hand side just past the arch around the ankle bone, sometimes the pain isnt too bad,other times i find it too painfull too walk far, iv just brought a pair of shoes with memory fome insoles which help , i also find the pain goes for a while if i stand on a very cold floor..

Continuous pain in foot needs to be evaluated. It may be Vit b12 deficiency or some muscle spasm. But for relief, I advise you, tablet diclofenac.
Hot water compression three times a day. Don't lift heavy weight.
