Hello,

Persistent pain in back and chest which is not related to cardiac issues has many reasons to think of from muscle spasm, an accidental injury that went unnoticed, uncomfortable sleeping habits, compression of the nerve, bone pain and so on. You have mentioned history of surgery of your collarbone and the pain you said has started after that. This can be related to it or not.

Before coming to any conclusion, I would suggest you see your surgeon and explain this to him, as he has the best knowledge about your condition since your surgery. After careful examination he will be able to help you in the management of pain with appropriate advice. Most importantly take sufficient rest as per your doctor’s advice. Wish you a speedy recovery from this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
